Currency Linked Redemption Notes means Notes in respect of which “Currency Linked Redemption Provisions” is specified to be applicable in the relevant Issue Terms.

  • Currency Linked Redemption Notes: Payments of principal in respect of Currency Linked Redemption Notes will be calculated and made by reference to a single currency rate or basket of currency rates on such terms and/or formula as may be agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s), as specified in the relevant Final Terms and/or the Schedule thereto.

  • This working or any other more appropriate form shall be inserted for Currency Linked Redemption Notes in relation to which Principal Protection has not been specified.

  • If the Notes are specified as Currency Linked Interest Notes and/or Currency Linked Redemption Notes in the applicable Final Terms, the provisions of this Condition 6 apply, as applicable, as modified by the applicable Final Terms.

  • Currency Linked Interest Notes and/or Currency Linked Redemption Notes may be issued under the Programme.The amount of interest payable on Currency Linked Interest Notes will depend on which of the following Interest Variable Options is specified: “Evolution of Currency”, “Asian Option – Currency” or “Digital Option”.

  • Administration of activated charcoal together with a laxative should be considered.The possibility of obtundation, seizures, or dystonic reaction of the head and neck fo lowing overdose may create a risk of aspiration with induced emesis.Cardiovascular monitoring should commence immediately, including continuous electrocardiographic monitoring for possible arrhythmias.

Related to Currency Linked Redemption Notes

  • Term Redemption Date means, with respect to any Series, the date specified as the Term Redemption Date in the Appendix for such Series.

  • Gross Redemption Yield means, with respect to a security, the gross redemption yield on such security, expressed as a percentage and calculated by the Financial Adviser on the basis set out by the UK Debt Management Office in the paper “Formulae for Calculating Gilt Prices from Yields”, page 4, Section One: Price/Yield Formulae “Conventional Gilts/Double dated and Updated Gilts with Assumed (or Actual) Redemption on a Quasi-Coupon Date” (published 8 June 1998, as amended or updated from time to time) on a semi-annual compounding basis (converted to an annualised yield and rounded up (if necessary) to four decimal places) or on such other basis as the Trustee may approve;

  • Maturity Redemption Payment means an amount per Deposit to which you are entitled on the Maturity Date based on the performance of the Reference Portfolio which is equal to your Principal Amount x (1 + Variable Return).

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Put) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Redemption Notes means unsecured subordinated promissory notes of the Trust having a maturity date to be determined at the time of issuance by the Trustee (provided that in no event shall the maturity date be set at a date subsequent to the first Business Day following the fifth anniversary of the date of issuance of such note), bearing interest from the date of issue at a market rate of interest determined at the time of issuance by the Trustee, payable for each month during the term on the 15th day of each subsequent month with all principal being due on maturity, such promissory notes to provide that the Trust shall at any time be allowed to prepay all or any part of the outstanding principal without notice or bonus.

  • Minimum Redemption means, in relation to the Euro Non-RDR ‘Retail’ Unhedged Distribution Shares, a minimum redemption of €250 or such lesser amount as may be agreed by the Directors;

  • Special Mandatory Redemption Price means a redemption price equal to 100% of the outstanding aggregate principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon from the Issue Date to, but excluding, the Special Mandatory Redemption Date as calculated by the Company.

  • Make-Whole Redemption Margin means the margin specified as such in the relevant Final Terms.

  • Final Redemption Date means for each Series, the final redemption date specified in the Final Terms for such Series.

  • Scheduled Redemption Date means the first (1st) Business Day following the twenty first (21st) anniversary of the Issue Date.

  • Minimum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Special Mandatory Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(b) hereto.

  • Mandatory Redemption Amount means an amount per ETP Security calculated by the Determination Agent equal to the greater of:

  • Monthly Redemption Date means the 1st of each month, commencing immediately upon the nine month anniversary of the Original Issue Date and terminating upon the full redemption of this Debenture.

  • Optional Redemption Amount means the sum of (a) 120% of the then outstanding principal amount of the Debenture, (b) accrued but unpaid interest on the Debenture and (c) all liquidated damages and other amounts due in respect of the Debenture.

  • Triggering Redemption Amount means, for each share of Preferred Stock, the sum of (a) the greater of (i) 130% of the Stated Value and (ii) the product of (y) the VWAP on the Trading Day immediately preceding the date of the Triggering Event and (z) the Stated Value divided by the then Conversion Price, (b) all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon and (c) all liquidated damages and other costs, expenses or amounts due in respect of the Preferred Stock.

  • Special Mandatory Redemption has the meaning set forth in Section 3.07.

  • Optional Redemption Amount (Call) means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Final Redemption Amount means, in respect of any Note, its principal amount or such other amount as may be specified in, or determined in accordance with, the relevant Final Terms;

  • Early Redemption Amount (k means the "Early Redemption Amount (k)" as calculated or, respectively specified by the Calculation Agent pursuant to § 4 (2) of the Special Conditions.

  • Special Redemption Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.

  • Maximum Redemption Amount has the meaning specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • Optional Redemption Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a).

  • Optional Redemption Pricing Date means a Valuation Date on which a Redemption Order is determined to be valid and accepted by or on behalf of the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Monthly Redemption Amount means, as to a Monthly Redemption, one seventh of the original principal amount at 110% of such principal amount, plus accrued but unpaid interest, liquidated damages and any other amounts then owing to the Holder in respect of this Note.

  • Mandatory Redemption Date means, in respect of a Mandatory Redemption Event, the date designated as such in accordance with Condition 8.7.
