Current Accrued Annual Pension definition

Current Accrued Annual Pension means, with respect to any Holder of a Pension Claim, the amount of annual pension benefits that the applicable Retirement System (a) is obligated to pay to such Holder as of June 30, 2014 to the extent such Holder is retired or a surviving beneficiary and receiving, or terminated from City employment and eligible to receive, a monthly pension as of such date or (b) would be obligated to pay such Holder upon his or her future retirement to the extent such Holder is actively employed by the City on June 30, 2014, assuming such Holder's annual pension is frozen as of June 30, 2014, and such Holder is no longer able to accrue pension benefits after such date under the current terms and conditions of the applicable Retirement System, in either case as reflected on the books and records of the applicable Retirement System as of June 30, 2014.
Current Accrued Annual Pension means, with respect to any Holder of a Pension Claim, the amount of annual pension benefits that the applicable Retirement System (a) is obligated to pay to such Holder as of June 30, 2014 to the extent such Holder is retired and receiving, or terminated from City employment and eligible to receive, a monthly pension as of such date or (b) would pay such Holder were such Holder to terminate active employment with the City on June 30, 2014 and defer his or her vested pension, in either case as reflected on the books and records of the applicable Retirement System as of such date, but in no case shall such Current Accrued Annual Pension include a right to supplemental pension benefits to be paid after July 1, 2014 in respect of cost of living allowances.

  • Projected Annual Benefit means the annual retirement benefit (adjusted to an actuarially equivalent straight life annuity if such benefit is expressed in a form other than a straight life annuity or qualified joint and survivor annuity) to which the Member would be entitled under the terms of the plan assuming:

  • lump sum payment period means the period measured in weeks of salary, for which payment has been made to facilitate the transition to retirement or to other employment as a result of the implementation of various programs to reduce the size of the Public Service. The lump sum payment period does not include the period of severance pay, which is measured in a like manner.

  • Accrued Amounts means any unpaid annual base salary accrued through the date of a Participant’s Qualifying Termination and any accrued but unpaid vacation pay.

  • Compensation Accrued at Termination means the following:

  • Accrued Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b) of this Agreement.

  • Average Annual Compensation shall be an amount equal to the annual average of the sums of (x) the Executive’s annual Base Salary from the Company plus (y) the amount of Incentive Awards accrued by TNS for the Executive, in each case for the three calendar years that ended immediately before (or, if applicable, coincident with) the Change in Control Date;

  • Average Annual Bonus means the average of the annual bonuses (if any) from the Company earned by the Executive with respect to the Bonus Fiscal Years during all or any portion of which the Executive was employed by the Company; and, provided, further, that, if the Executive was not employed by the Company during all or any portion of any of the Bonus Fiscal Years, “Average Annual Bonus” means zero.

  • Accrued Bonus means the bonus, which may be negative or positive, which is calculated in the manner set forth in Section V.A.

  • Target Annual Bonus has the meaning set forth in Subsection 3b.

  • Last Monthly Benefit means the gross Monthly Benefit payable to the Insured Employee immediately prior to death. Any reductions for Other Income Benefits, or for earnings the Insured Employee received for Partial Disability Employment, will not apply.

  • Pro Rata Annual Bonus means the amount of Annual Bonus, multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days in such year during which the Executive was actually employed by the Company (or its predecessor) and the denominator of which is 365.

  • Net death benefit means the amount of the life insurance policy or certificate to be settled less any outstanding debts or liens.

  • Benefit Continuation Period means the period beginning on the Date of Termination and ending on the last day of the month in which occurs the earlier of (i) the 24-month anniversary of the Date of Termination and (ii) the date on which you elect coverage for you and your covered dependents under substantially comparable benefit plans of a subsequent employer.

  • Average annual payroll means the average of the annual

  • Non-Payment Period Rate means, initially, 200% of the applicable Reference Rate (or 275% of such rate if the Corporation has provided notification to the Auction Agent prior to the Auction establishing the Applicable Rate for any dividend pursuant to paragraph 2(f) hereof that net capital gains or other taxable income will be included in such dividend on shares of AMPS), provided that the Board of Directors of the Corporation shall have the authority to adjust, modify, alter or change from time to time the initial Non-Payment Period Rate if the Board of Directors of the Corporation determines and Moody's and S&P (and any Substitute Rating Agency in lieu of Moody's or S&P in the event either of such parties shall not rate the AMPS) advise the Corporation in writing that such adjustment, modification, alteration or change will not adversely affect their then-current ratings on the AMPS.

  • Pro Rata Bonus means an amount equal to the Bonus Amount multiplied by a fraction the numerator of which is the number of days in the fiscal year through the Termination Date and the denominator of which is 365.

  • Accrued Base Salary means the amount of Executive's Base Salary which is accrued but not yet paid as of the Date of Termination.

  • Monthly salary means the portion of a member’s annual compensation which is paid to him or her per month.

  • Termination Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 7.

  • Accrued Obligations are (i) Executive’s accrued but unpaid salary through the date of termination, (ii) any unreimbursed business expenses incurred by Executive payable in accordance with the Company’s standard expense reimbursement policies, and (iii) benefits owed to Executive under any qualified retirement plan or health and welfare benefit plan in which Executive was a participant in accordance with applicable law and the provisions of such plan.

  • Highest Average Compensation means the average Compensation for the three (3) consecutive years of Service with the Employer that produces the highest average. A Year of Service with the Employer is the twelve (12) consecutive month period identical to the Plan Year.

  • Monthly Benefit means the monthly amount payable by Liberty to you if you are Disabled or Partially Disabled.

  • Average Compensation means the average of your W-2 wages from the Company for the five (5) calendar years completed immediately prior to the calendar year in which the Change in Control is effected. Any W-2 wages for a partial year of employment will be annualized, in accordance with the frequency which such wages are paid during such partial year, before inclusion in Average Compensation.

  • Basic Monthly Earnings means your monthly rate of earnings from the Sponsor in effect immediately prior to the date Disability or Partial Disability begins. However, such earnings will not include bonuses, commissions, overtime pay and extra compensation.

  • Base Salary Amount means the greater of the Executive’s annual base salary (a) at the rate in effect on the Termination Date and (b) at the highest rate in effect at any time during the 180-day period prior to a Change in Control, and will include all amounts of the Executive’s base salary that are deferred under any qualified or non-qualified employee benefit plan of the Company or any other agreement or arrangement.

  • Weekly Earnings means, in the case of a day or shift worker, 40 hours x his regular rate;
