Current Mode definition

Current Mode shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.11 hereof.
Current Mode shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.10 of this Series Indenture. “Daily Mode” means the Mode during which all or any part of the 2023 Series Q-2 Bonds bear interest at the Daily Rate.
Current Mode means, at any time, the Mode prevailing at such time.

More Definitions of Current Mode

Current Mode shall have the meaning specified in Section 509(a)(i) hereof.

Related to Current Mode

  • Compounded Daily SOFR means, in relation to a Floating Rate Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with SOFR as reference rate for the calculation of interest) during the related Observation Period and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on the related Interest Determination Date as follows: Where:

  • Cabinet x-ray system means an x-ray system with the x-ray tube installed in an enclosure independent of existing architectural structures except the floor on which it may be placed. The cabinet x-ray system is intended to contain at least that portion of a material being irradiated, provide radiation attenuation, and exclude personnel from its interior during generation of radiation.   • Generator Planned Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit for inspection, maintenance or repair with the approval of the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the PJM Manuals.

  • Lowest Achievable Emission Rate (LAER) means, for any source, the more stringent rate of emissions based on the following:

  • Bid with Lowest Evaluated Cost means the bid quoting lowest cost amongst all those bids evaluated to be substantially responsive;

  • Compounded Daily SONIA means, with respect to an Interest Accrual Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment (with the daily SONIA reference rate as reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent (or such other party responsible for the calculation of the interest rate, as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement) on the relevant Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded if necessary to the fourth decimal place, with 0.00005 per cent being rounded upwards:

  • Reference Interest Rate Transition Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events with respect to the then-current Reference Interest Rate:

  • Compounded SOFR means the compounded average of SOFRs for the applicable Corresponding Tenor, with the rate, or methodology for this rate, and conventions for this rate (which may include compounding in arrears with a lookback and/or suspension period as a mechanism to determine the interest amount payable prior to the end of each Interest Period) being established by the Administrative Agent in accordance with:

  • Short-barreled shotgun means a shotgun having one or more barrels less than eighteen inches in length and any weapon made from a shotgun by any means of modification if such modified weapon has an overall length of less than twenty-six inches.

  • Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.

  • Usable marijuana means the dried leaves and flowers of marijuana, and any mixture or preparation thereof, and does not include the seeds, stalks, and roots of the plant.

  • Reference Interest Rate Replacement means the first alternative set forth in the order below that can be determined by the Issuer or its designee as of the Reference Interest Rate Replacement Date:

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on July 1, 2020 and ending on and including June 30, 2025 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including June 30 in the fifth year thereafter.

  • Energy Use Intensity (EUI means the kBTUs (1,000 British Thermal Units) used per square foot of gross floor area.

  • Combined cycle system means a system comprised of one or more combustion turbines, heat recovery steam generators, and steam turbines configured to improve overall efficiency of electricity generation or steam production.

  • Combined sewer system means a system for conveying both sanitary sewage and storm water runoff.
