Current Series definition

Current Series means a Television Program that is a broadcast television series that is then currently in its initial terrestrial broadcast television broadcast season.
Current Series means a Television Series (other than a Local Series) for which Licensor unilaterally controls without restriction all Necessary Rights that Licensor makes available for license hereunder that has new episodes broadcast on television in the Territory or the U.S. for the first time during the Avail Term and has an Availability Date no earlier than 1 year after local broadcast in the Territory.
Current Series means a Television Series which Licensor makes available for license hereunder where at least one season of the series is being broadcast either (i) in The Netherlands or the U.S. for the first time during the Avail Term; or (ii) is still in production during the applicable Avail Year; provided, however, that Current Series does not include “Breaking Bad” or “The Blacklist”. Current Series shall be designated as “Current Series – 1 Hour” (i.e., where the duration of each episode is one broadcast hour) and “Current Series – Half Hour” (i.e., where the duration of each episode is a half broadcast hour).

More Definitions of Current Series

Current Series means a Television Series which Licensor makes available for license hereunder where at least one season of the series is being broadcast either (i) in the Territory or the U.S. for the first time during the Avail Term; or (ii) is still in production during the applicable Avail Year. Current Series shall be designated as “Current Series – 1 Hour” (i.e., where the duration of each episode is one broadcast hour) and “Current Series – Half Hour” (i.e., where the duration of each episode is a half broadcast hour).
Current Series shall have the meaning set forth for such term in Schedule A hereto.

Related to Current Series

  • Record series means a group of records that may be treated as a unit for purposes of designation, description, management, or disposition.

  • Refinancing Series means all Refinancing Term Loans or Refinancing Term Commitments that are established pursuant to the same Refinancing Amendment (or any subsequent Refinancing Amendment to the extent such Refinancing Amendment expressly provides that the Refinancing Term Loans or Refinancing Term Commitments provided for therein are intended to be a part of any previously established Refinancing Series) and that provide for the same Effective Yield and amortization schedule.

  • Principal amount financed means the unpaid cash price balance after deducting the down payment, adding the cost of any insurance premiums required or obtained as security for or by reason of the sale of a motor vehicle under an installment sale contract, and adding other costs necessary or incidental to the sale of the motor vehicle under the contract that the seller contracts to pay on behalf of the buyer and for the amount of which the seller agrees to extend credit to the buyer and for which the buyer contracts voluntarily.

  • Asset-Backed Securities means securities which:

  • Extension Series means all Extended Term Loans or Extended Revolving Credit Commitments (as applicable) that are established pursuant to the same Extension Agreement (or any subsequent Extension Agreement to the extent such Extension Agreement expressly provides that the Extended Term Loans or Extended Revolving Credit Commitments, as applicable, provided for therein are intended to be a part of any previously established Extension Series) and that provide for the same interest margins, extension fees, if any, and amortization schedule.

  • Funding Agency means an organization or individual which provides facilities to receive and accumulate assets to be used either for the payment of benefits under a pension plan, or for the purchase of such benefits, provided such accumulated assets form a part of a pension plan established for the exclusive benefit of the plan participants and their beneficiaries. The fair market value of the assets held by the funding agency as of a specified date is the Funding Agency Balance as of that date.

  • Series or “Series of Securities” means each series of debentures, notes or other debt instruments of the Company created pursuant to Sections 2.1 and 2.2 hereof.
