Local Broadcast definition

Local Broadcast means any radio broadcast or segment thereof, television show or segment thereof, audiovisual or audio only commercial, motion picture, cinematography film or photoplay of any kind or character which is distributed via a radio, television, or On-Demand (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) broadcast channel targeted at viewers within one state or international equivalent.
Local Broadcast means any service tier that includes the retransmission consent of local broadcast signals.
Local Broadcast means a broadcast of a program over the facilities of only one station, which program is not broadcast by any means over any other station and is not relayed or transmitted by any means outside of the coverage area of the originating station; that a broadcast of the program over two Corporation stations in the same city in French and English for the purpose of serving two language groups in the area shall nonetheless be deemed a local broadcast. is one in which performances are mixed with interviews information segments of a dissimilar nature. More Definitions of Local Broadcast

Local Broadcast means the broadcasting service that is transmitted via terrestrial network into the territories of one province at most.
Local Broadcast means the radio, television and data broadcasts that cover the landscape of at least one district (including the central district of a province) and minimum 70 percent landscape of a province regarding the administrative division.

  • Cable television service means the one-way transmission to subscribers of video programming and other programming service and subscriber interaction, if any, that is required for the selection or use of the video programming or other programming service.

  • Television Channel means Zee Group Channel, which has been granted permission for downlinking by the Central Government under the policy guidelines issued or amended by it from time to time and reference to the term ‘channel’ shall be construed as a reference to “television channel”

  • Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2
