Customary Due Diligence means due diligence carried out by the Information Holders in accordance with the Policyholder’s usual practice and procedure for transactions similar to an Export Contract and associated Facility Agreement that are held uninsured and unhedged and, for the avoidance of doubt, does not require the Information Holders to make enquiries of any other departments in the Policyholder if to do so is not the Policyholder's usual practice and procedure.
