Customary Permitted Liens definition

Customary Permitted Liens means, with respect to any Person, any of the following Liens:
Customary Permitted Liens means, in each case so long as such Liens do not secure Indebtedness, (a) Liens (other than Environmental Liens and any Lien imposed under ERISA) for Taxes, assessments or charges of any Governmental Authority or claims not yet due or which are being contested in good faith by appropriate proceedings and with respect to which adequate reserves or other appropriate provisions are being maintained in accordance with the provisions of GAAP, (b) statutory Liens of landlords and Liens of carriers, warehousemen, mechanics, materialmen, customs and revenue authorities and other Liens (other than any Lien imposed under ERISA) imposed by law and created in the ordinary course of business for amounts overdue by more than 30 days or which are being contested in good faith by appropriate proceedings and with respect to which adequate reserves or other appropriate provisions are being maintained in accordance with the provisions of GAAP, (c) Liens (other than any Lien imposed under ERISA) incurred or deposits made in the ordinary course of business (including, without limitation, surety bonds and appeal bonds and Liens securing obligations under indemnity agreements for surety bonds) or other Liens in connection with workers’ compensation, unemployment insurance and other types of social security benefits or in respect of letters of credit, bank guarantees or similar instruments issued for the account of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of business supporting obligations of the type described in this clause (c), (d) Liens consisting of any right of offset, or statutory or consensual banker’s lien, on bank deposits or securities accounts maintained in the ordinary course of business so long as such bank deposits or securities accounts are not established or maintained for the purpose of providing such right of offset or banker’s lien, (e) easements (including, without limitation, reciprocal easement agreements and utility agreements), rights-of-way, covenants, consents, reservations, encroachments, variations and other restrictions, charges or encumbrances (whether or not recorded), which do not interfere materially with the ordinary conduct of the business of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries and which do not materially detract from the value of the property to which they attach or materially impair the use thereof to the Borrower or its Subsidiaries, (f) building restrictions, zoning laws and other similar statutes, law, rules, regulations, ordin...
