Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.
Service and support administrator means a person, regardless of title, employed by or under contract with a county board to perform the functions of service and support administration and who holds the appropriate certification in accordance with rule 5123:2-5-02 of the Administrative Code.
Contract Administrator means the person authorized to represent the City in respect of the Contract and is identified at the time of award of the Contract;
Compact administrator means: the individual in each compacting state appointed pursuant to the terms of this compact, responsible for the administration and management of the state's supervision and transfer of juveniles subject to the terms of this compact, the rules adopted by the Interstate Commission and policies adopted by the State Council under this compact.
SOFR Administrator means the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of the secured overnight financing rate).
Issuer Administration Agreement means that certain issuer administration agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among the Administrator, the Issuer, the Transferor and the Indenture Trustee, as amended or supplemented from time to time.
Master Services Agreement means that master services agreement among the Limited Partnership, the Company, Teekay Corporation and Brookfield XX XXXX L.P. dated as of the date hereof.
Contract Manager means the DNR staff person who processes this contract, makes payments, provides and facilitates dispute resolution, provides technical advice to the Compliance Forester, and is the first point of contact for questions relating to this contract or interpretation of Work. The Contract Manager may perform the duties of the Compliance Forester.
Reseller Agreement means the separate agreement between Customer and Reseller regarding the Services. The Reseller Agreement is independent of and outside the scope of This Agreement.
End User Agreement means any agreement that Eligible Users are required to sign in order to participate in this Contract including an end user agreement, customer agreement, memorandum of understanding, statement of work, lease agreement, service level agreement, or any other named separate agreement.
User Agreement means an agreement for the provision of Access to the Services.
Settlement Administrator means the third party settlement administrator proposed by the Parties, as approved by the Court.
Program Manager means the HCAI manager responsible for the grant program.
Term SOFR Administrator means CME Group Benchmark Administration Limited (CBA) (or a successor administrator of the Term SOFR Reference Rate selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion).
IPN Portal Administrator means the USAID official designated by the Director, M/OAA, who has overall responsibility for managing the USAID Implementing Partner Notices Portal for Assistance.
RFR Administrator means the XXXXX Administrator or the SARON Administrator, as applicable.
Client Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the Client, which together with the Terms of Business are defined as “Operative Agreements” and govern the terms on which the Company deals with the Client.
Swap Administration Agreement As defined in Section 4.08(b).
Program Administrator means the person retained by the Wisconsin PACE Commission as provided in subsection (5)(b).
Student Conduct Administrator means a college official authorized on a case by case basis by the college official responsible for administration of the Student Conduct Code to impose sanctions upon students found to have violated this Student Conduct Code. A Student Conduct Administrator may serve simultaneously as a Student Conduct Administrator and the sole member or one of the members of a Student Conduct Board. The college official responsible for administration of the Student Conduct Code may authorize the same Student Conduct Administrator to impose sanctions in all cases.
Special Servicer Servicing Personnel The divisions and individuals of the Special Servicer who are involved in the performance of the duties of the Special Servicer under this Agreement.
MLCC Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Credit Corporation, or its successor in interest.
Countrywide Servicing Agreement Solely with respect to the Countrywide Mortgage Loans, the Mortgage Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement, dated as of November 1, 2001, between the Transferor, as purchaser, and Countrywide, as seller and as servicer (as successor to Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. by an assignment dated January 1, 2001, as the same may be amended or supplemented), as the same may be amended from time to time, and any assignments and conveyances related to the Countrywide Mortgage Loans.
Deputy compact administrator means: the individual, if any, in each compacting state appointed to act on behalf of a Compact Administrator pursuant to the terms of this compact responsible for the administration and management of the state's supervision and transfer of juveniles subject to the terms of this compact, the rules adopted by the Interstate Commission and policies adopted by the State Council under this compact.
Account Administrator means the person(s) who have been granted authority by Customer to set up, amend, or otherwise control settings and/or make additional purchases for the Account via the Administrative Portal. Account Administrators may have varying levels of Account rights, skills, or permissions.
XXXXX Administrator means the Bank of England (or any successor administrator of the Sterling Overnight Index Average).
