Customer Documents means this Agreement and any other or additional documents or agreements entered
Customer Documents means this Agreement, Master Netting Agreement, any notice (including but not limited to any "Notice of treatment as a Non-Private Customer" or "Notice of treatment as a Market Counterparty") and any Further Schedules (including, without limitation, confirmations, contract notes and statements) and additional documents relating directly to or indirectly to the services provided under Clause 2 below and accompanying this Agreement whether or not expressly incorporated in this Agreement and each as amended and/or supplemented from time to time;
Customer Documents means any form of digital document, whether commercial or non- commercial, whether or not publicly distributed, that uses Desktop Fonts, whether or not embedded, including for print, view or display by anyone accessing the Customer Documents.

  • Neither that relationship nor the services we provide nor any other matter will give rise to any fiduciary or equitable duties on our part which would prevent or hinder us from doing business for or with you (whether acting as principal or agent), doing business with associates, connected customers, and other investors and generally acting as provided in the Customer Documents.

  • The relationship between you and us is as described in the Customer Documents.

  • Any alteration to the Customer Documents must be agreed by us in writing.

  • The Customer Documents will apply to these liabilities until all Contracts have been closed out, settled or delivery effected and all liabilities discharged.

  • The terms of this Agreement and the Customer Documents will also apply to investment business which we carry out with you or on your behalf if, in respect of such business, you are a market counterparty.

Customer Documents means this Agreement, Master Netting Agreement, any notice (including but not limited to any “Notice of treatment as a Non-Private Customer” or “Notice of treatment as a Market Counterparty”) and any Further Schedules (including, without limitation, confirmations, contract notes and statements) and additional documents relating directly to or indirectly to the services provided under Clause 2 below and accompanying this Agreement whether or not expressly incorporated in this Agreement and each as amended and/or supplemented from time to time;
Customer Documents means the Agreement, the Sub-Custody Agreement and any other or additional documents or agreements entered into between the Client and Morgan Stanley, whether or not expressly incorporated in the Agreement (such documents may include, without limitation, any Cash Payments and Securities Transfers Authorisation, each Schedule to the Agreement. the OSLA, an Overseas Securities Lenders Agreement, Global Master Securities Lenders Agreement, Global Master Repurchase Agreement, International Currency Options Master Agreement, International Foreign Exchange Master Agreement and International Swap and Derivatives Association Master Agreement, collateral payment or bridge agreement or any similar agreement) and any annexes, supplements or confirmations in relation thereto, in each case as the same may be amended from time to time;
Customer Documents means any documentation or previous discussions, whether in writing or otherwise, between Bridgestone and the Customer relating to the sale of Products with the exception of a franchise agreement as defined in the CPA;
Customer Documents means the identity proof, residential address proof, recent photograph and income proof of the Customer as per the applicable standards of the HCIN and include such other documents of the Customer as may be required to be collected from the Customer under Applicable Laws.

Customer Documents means documents submitted by or for You to the Services or provided by Athennian to Customer in output files generated by the Services, including digital documents in .docx, .xlsx, and .pdf formats, uploaded to or generated by the services; “Service Attributes” means (i) data related to the provision or use of the Services, such as resource identifiers, metadata tags, security and access roles, logs, rules, audit trail events, usage policies, permissions, usage metrics, statistics and analytics; and (ii) data required for billing or administration of the Services, including billing and support contact information; and “Support Data'' means all data that is provided to Us by You or on Your behalf (or that You authorize Us to obtain from the Services) in relation to a request by You for Support Services. The Services may contain features designed to interoperate with Non-Athennian Applications. To use such features, You may be required to obtain access to such Non-Athennian Applications from their providers, and may be required to grant Us access to Your accounts on such Non-Athennian Applications (for example, You or Users will be required to sign into an existing Office 365 or DocuSign account to allow the Services to interoperate with those accounts). We cannot guarantee the continued availability of such Services features, and may cease providing them without entitling You to any refund, credit, or other compensation.
