Customer File definition

Customer File means a name, address and other identifying information of a Customer who has an account or other relationship with Fingerhut or Direct Merchants Bank, as the case may be, and includes any updates of such information.
Customer File. The file or files relating to each Loan and its Related Security containing, inter alia: (i) All material correspondence relating to that Loan; and (ii) The completed mortgage documentation applicable to the Loan including the Valuation Report and the solicitor’s, notary’s or licensed or qualified conveyancer’s certificate of title, whether original documentation, or in electronic form or otherwise.
Customer File means an audio file or written document in the format required by Accuro from time to time, to be transcribed which is uploaded and transferred to Accuro by an Individual Customer or on behalf of a Business Customer;4.1.10Customer Output File – means the document produced from the Customer File which the Services have been provided in respect of;4.1.11Data Protection Legislation - means (i) unless and until no longer directly applicable in the UK, the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (GDPR) and any national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation, as amended or updated from time to time, in the UK and then (ii) any successor legislation to the GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018;4.1.12Intellectual Property Rights – all patents, rights to inventions, utility models, copyright and related rights, trademarks, service marks, trade, business and domain names, rights in trade dress or get-up, rights in goodwill or to sue for passing off, unfair competition rights, rights in designs, rights in computer software, database right, topography rights, moral rights, rights in confidential information (including know-how and trade secrets) and any other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications for and renewals or extensions of such rights, and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection in any part of the world;4.1.13Individual Customer – means a Customer purchasing the Services in a personal capacity and not in connection with their trade, business, craft or profession;4.1.14Quotation – means the estimate of Charges and timescales involved in providing the Services to a Business Customer based on the instructions received from the Business Customer, such Quotation being subject to amendment by the Company in the event that the scope of the Services required by the Customer changes;4.1.15Services – means the services provided by us to you pursuant to these Terms of Service, including the provision of typing, transcription, translation and other similar services;4.1.16User(s) – means an employee of the Business Customer who has been provided with or created login credentials for the Portal and who accesses and/or uses the Portal on behalf of the Business Customer.

More Definitions of Customer File

Customer File shall include all active, inactive and substandard Book customer names, addresses, phone numbers, presence of child and birthdate/age of child without duplication.

  • Master File has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Customer Lists We hereby agree that we shall not use any list of your customers which may be obtained in connection with this Agreement for the purpose of solicitation of any product or service without your express written consent. However, nothing in this paragraph or otherwise shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict us or our affiliates in any way from solicitations of any product or service directed at, without limitation, the general public, any segment thereof, or any specific individual, provided such solicitation is not based upon such list.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • Death master file means the United States social security administration’s death master file or any other database or service that is at least as comprehensive as the United States social security administration’s death master file for determining that a person has died.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Personnel file means, for the purposes of Part III (8VAC20-90-60 et seq.), any and all memoranda, entries or other documents included in the teacher's file as maintained in the central school administration office or in any file regarding the teacher maintained within a school in which the teacher serves.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.
