Customer Name and Address Information. (CNA) means the name, service address and telephone numbers of a Party’s End Users for a particular Exchange Area. CNA includes nonpublished listings, coin telephone information and published listings.

  • Biometric information means any information, regardless of how it is captured, converted, stored, or shared, based on an individual’s biometric identifier used to identify an individual.   • State Confidential Information means any and all State Records not subject to disclosure under CORA.
