Customer Notice Address means the address identified in the Custody Agreement as the address to which all written notices from Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx required or permitted by these Terms and Conditions shall be sent or such other address as is later identified by written notice from Customer to Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx as the new Customer Notice Address.
