These legitimate business interests include, but are not limited to: (i) trade secrets; (ii) valuable confidential business or professional information that otherwise does not qualify as trade secrets including all Confidential Information; (iii) substantial relationships with specific prospective or existing Customers or clients; (iv) Customer or client goodwill associated with Company's business; and (v) specialized training relating to Company's technology, methods and procedures.
