Customer policy definition

Customer policy means the Customer’s configuration set within the product. Average Latency does not include: (a) traffic not related to streaming applications; (b) traffic not subject to bandwidth management rules (QoS enforcement); or (c) the time required to download the web page from the origin content server (OCS)
