CVC Network definition

CVC Network means CVC Fund V, CVC Capital Partners SICAV-FIS S.A. and CVC Capital Partners Advisory Group Holdings Foundation and each of their respective subsidiaries from time to time, and funds and/or vehicles managed and/or advised by the aforementioned persons.
CVC Network means [***] and each of its Subsidiaries from time to time, (iii) the CVC Funds, (iv) any portfolio company invested in by the CVC Funds from time to time excluding Purchaser, Parent Guarantor and any other Persons through which the CVC Funds indirectly invest in Purchaser, and (v) [***] and each of its subsidiaries from time to time and any funds or entities managed or advised by them from time to time.
CVC Network means (a) CVC Capital Partners Advisory Group Holding Foundation and each of its Subsidiaries from time to time, (b) CVC Capital Partners SICAV-FIS S.A. and each of its Subsidiaries from time to time; (c) CVC Credit Partners Group Holding Foundation and each of its Subsidiaries from time to time; (d) the investment funds or vehicles managed or advised by any of the99 entities referred to in (a) to (c) of this definition and their investors and limited partners; and (e) the CVC Portfolio Companies.

  • The respective associates (as defined in the Takeovers Code) of the Offeror, the Founder Group, the CVC Network and the Company, including shareholders holding 5% or more of any class of relevant securities (as defined in Note 4 to Rule 22 of the Takeovers Code) of each of the foregoing, are hereby reminded to disclose their dealings in the relevant securities of the Company.

More Definitions of CVC Network

CVC Network means Xxxx Prevention Center Clinics in the United States and worldwide, whether owned, operated, licensed or franchised by CPC as of the Effective Date hereof. The CVC Network shall also include “CVC Network Research” as defined below. CPC is in the process of changing its name to Cardio Vascular Centers, LLC (“CVC”). For purpose of this document, CPC and CVC shall refer to the same entity.

Related to CVC Network

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide the Service.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, which is generally used in large metropolitan areas that are densely populated, in order to provide highly reliable service. Area network has the same meaning as the term "distribution secondary grid network" found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • online interface means any software, including a website, part of a website or an application, that is operated by or on behalf of an economic operator, and which serves to give end users access to the economic operator's products;

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • Card Network means a payment card network, including the network operated by each of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

  • Spot network means a type of electric distribution system that uses two or more inter-tied transformers to supply an electrical network circuit. A spot network is generally used to supply power to a single customer or a small group of customers. Spot network has the same meaning as the term "spot network" defined in Section 4.1.4 of IEEE Standard 1547.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Merchant Network Upgrades means additions to, or modifications or replacements of, physical facilities of the Interconnected Transmission Owner that, on the date of the pertinent Transmission Interconnection Customer’s Upgrade Request, are part of the Transmission System or are included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan. Merchant Transmission Facilities:

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.

  • Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.

  • Sprint PCS means any or all of the following Related Parties who are License holders or signatories to the Management Agreement: Sprint Spectrum L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, WirelessCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, SprintCom, Inc., a Kansas corporation, PhillieCo Partners I, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, PhillieCo, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, American PCS Communications, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and APC PCS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Any reference in the Management Agreement or Services Agreement to Xxx Communications PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Xxx PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, is changed to Sprint Telephony PCS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, or Sprint PCS License, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability company, respectively, to reflect name changes filed with the Delaware Secretary of State in 2002.

  • Universal Digital Loop Carrier (UDLC means the DLC system that has a CO terminal channel bank that is connected to the CO switches on the analog side.

  • Cable Television Network or “cable TV network” means any system consisting of a set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide cable service for reception by multiple subscribers;

  • telecommunications network means any wire, radio, optical, or other electromagnetic system used to route, switch, or transmit telecommunications;
