Cybersecurity Legislation definition

Cybersecurity Legislation means the Network and Information Systems Directive ((EU) 2016/1148), Commission Implementing Regulation ((EU) 2018/151) and the Network and Information Systems Regulations 2018 (SI 506/2018);
Cybersecurity Legislation means the Network and Information Systems Regulations 2018;
Cybersecurity Legislation. ​ means:(A)the Legislative Decree dated 18 May 2018, n. 65, Law Decree dated 22 September 2019, no. 105, Legislative Decree dated 1 August 2003, no. 259, their implementing regulations and any other applicable decrees, laws and regulations in the field of cybersecurity, as applicable from time to time;(B)any applicable rules, requirements, orders, decisions, procedures, guidelines and codes of practice issued by a cybersecurity authority (including, but not limited to, Agenzia per la ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ CERTAIN IDENTIFIED INFORMATION HAS BEEN EXCLUDED FROM THIS EXHIBIT BECAUSE IT (I) IS NOT MATERIAL AND (II) WOULD BE COMPETITIVELY HARMFUL IF PUBLICLY DISCLOSED.   • Each Party will allow any other Party (or its representatives) at reasonable times and from time to time, to inspect, review and/or audit its compliance (and the compliance of its Processors and Permitted Third Party Controllers) with this Agreement and/or the Data Protection Legislation and/or the Cybersecurity Legislation, and will give each other Party any assistance which it may reasonably require in connection with each such inspection, review and/or audit.

  • UK Data Protection Legislation means all applicable data protection and privacy legislation in force from time to time in the UK including the UK GDPR; the Data Protection Act 2018; the Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive 2002/58/EC (as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2426) as amended.

  • Equality Legislation means any and all legislation, applicable guidance and statutory codes of practice relating to diversity, equality, non-discrimination and human rights as may be in force from time to time in England and Wales or in any other territory in which, or in respect of which, the Supplier provides the Services;

  • Enabling Legislation means the CCA;

  • primary legislation means an Act, Act of the Scottish Parliament or Act or Measure of the National Assembly for Wales;

  • Tax Legislation means any statute, statutory instrument, enactment, law, by-law, directive, decree, ordinance, regulation or legislative provision or generally applicable ruling (such as a revenue ruling issued by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service) enacted, issued or adopted providing for, imposing or relating to Tax; and

  • Bail-In Legislation means, with respect to any EEA Member Country implementing Article 55 of Directive 2014/59/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union, the implementing law for such EEA Member Country from time to time which is described in the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule.

  • Relevant Legislation means Legislation in force in any jurisdiction where any part of the Activity may be carried out;
