Cycle Lane definition

Cycle Lane means a length of road specified in this Order as a Cycle Lane and bounded by delineating road markings as prescribed under Regulations.
Cycle Lane means a road or path designated or to be designated by the Municipality or other competent authority for the exclusive use of cyclists, by means of appropriate road traffic signs or road markings;
Cycle Lane means a part of the road intended for the safe transit of cyclists distinguished from the rest of the road by colouring of the surface of that part of the road, by road markings or by appropriate signs;

More Definitions of Cycle Lane

Cycle Lane means a portion of highway designated for Cycles and identified by a sign or marking.
Cycle Lane means an area of carriageway within a length of street specified in the Schedule to this Order which is indicated by a traffic sign as being a cycle lane for the use of pedal cycles only, subject to the provisions of this Order;
