Traffic Signs. The Owner shall provide, install and maintain suitable traffic direction and information signs, all in accordance with The Highway Traffic Act of Ontario, R.S.O. 1990, c.H.8 and amendments thereto, and The Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P.50 and amendments thereto, to the satisfaction of the Municipality. The Owner shall provide, install and maintain suitable traffic direction and information signs painted or otherwise marked on the surface of the parking area and driveway approaches, all to the satisfaction of the Municipality.

Traffic Signs. The Association shall install subdivision traffic signs and street name blade signs in compliance with both the Texas Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Device standards and the City’s standards. The Association shall be solely responsible for all costs and expenses of the signs and the installation thereof.

The Owner shall keep the subject lands in a state of good repair (including the cutting of weeds) and upon written notice from the Municipality shall correct deficiencies in the state of repair within ten (10) days thereof.‌‌‌‌

Traffic Signs. General: 1) Traffic Signs, Including STOP, YEILD, ENTRY, EXIT, NO PARKING, STANDING ONLY, BUSES ONLY, VISTOR PARKING, FACULTY PARKING, RESERVED PARKING, TEACHER OF THE MONTH, HANDICPPED PARKING, DELIVERY, ECT. Shall be furnished and installed as shown on drawings and as called out in these specifications. 2) All signs must meet the D.O.T standards for traffic signs. 3) Installation shall be as detailed on the drawings.
