Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate Advance definition

Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at the Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate plus the Applicable Margin.
Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate Advance means an Advance of which the Applicable Interest Rate is based on the Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate.

  • For any LIBOR-based Advance or any Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate Advance, if Bank shall designate a LIBOR Lending Office which maintains books separate from those of the rest of Bank, Bank shall have the option of maintaining and carrying such Advance on the books of such LIBOR Lending Office.

  • Thereafter, until Bank notifies the undersigned that such conditions or circumstances no longer exist, the right of the undersigned to request a LIBOR-based Advance or a Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate Advance and to convert an Advance to or refund an Advance as a LIBOR-based Advance or a Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate Advance shall be suspended, and the Prime Referenced Rate plus the Applicable Margin shall be the Applicable Interest Rate for all Indebtedness hereunder during such period of time.

  • The undersigned may prepay all or part of the outstanding balance of any Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate Advance under this Note or any Indebtedness hereunder which is bearing interest based upon the Prime Referenced Rate at any such time without premium or penalty.

  • Borrower may prepay all or part of the outstanding balance of any Daily Adjusting LIBOR Rate Advance under this Addendum or any Indebtedness which is bearing interest at the Prime-based Rate at any such time without premium or penalty.

  • LIBOR Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a LIBOR Rate.

  • Reference Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.09(a).

  • Eurodollar Rate Advance means an Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.07(a)(ii).

  • LIBO Rate Advance means a Pro Rata Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.04(a)(ii).

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurodollar Rate Committed Loan means a Committed Loan that bears interest at a rate based on clause (a) of the definition of “Eurodollar Rate.”

  • Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • LIBOR Rate Loan means each portion of a Loan that bears interest at a rate determined by reference to the LIBOR Rate.

  • Fixed Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Eurodollar Period means, as to each Eurodollar Rate Advance comprising part of the same Borrowing, the period commencing on the date specified by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(b) and ending 1, 2, 3 or 6 months (or, if available to all Lenders, 9 or 12 months) thereafter, as specified by Borrower in the applicable Request for Borrowing or Request for Continuation/Conversion provided that:

  • Base Rate Revolving Loan means a Revolving Loan that is a Base Rate Loan.

  • Eurodollar Base Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.

  • Eurocurrency Term Loan means any Term Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBO Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • Eurodollar Rate Reserve Percentage for any Interest Period for all Eurodollar Rate Advances comprising part of the same Borrowing means the reserve percentage applicable two Business Days before the first day of such Interest Period under regulations issued from time to time by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (or any successor) for determining the maximum reserve requirement (including, without limitation, any emergency, supplemental or other marginal reserve requirement) for a member bank of the Federal Reserve System in New York City with respect to liabilities or assets consisting of or including Eurocurrency Liabilities (or with respect to any other category of liabilities that includes deposits by reference to which the interest rate on Eurodollar Rate Advances is determined) having a term equal to such Interest Period.

  • LIBOR Rate Adjustment Date With respect to each Distribution Date, the second LIBOR Business Day immediately preceding the commencement of the related Interest Accrual Period.
