Daily BSBY Rate definition

Daily BSBY Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Bank by dividing (the resulting quotient rounded upwards, at the Bank’s discretion, to the nearest 1/100th of 1%) (A) the Published Rate for such day, by (B) a number equal to 1.00 minus the BSBY Reserve Percentage; provided, however, if the Daily BSBY Rate determined as provided above would be less than the Floor, then such rate shall be deemed to be the Floor. The rate of interest will be adjusted automatically as of each Business Day based on changes in the Daily BSBY Rate without notice to the Borrower.
Daily BSBY Rate means, for any day, a rate per annum equal to the BSBY Rate in effect on such day for a one month Interest Period (subject to the Floor set forth in the definition of “BSBY Rate”).
Daily BSBY Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Bank by dividing (the resulting quotient rounded upwards, at the Bank’s discretion, to the nearest 1/100th of 1%)

Examples of Daily BSBY Rate in a sentence

  • Amounts outstanding under this Note will bear interest at a rate per annum which is equal to the sum of (A) the Daily BSBY Rate (as defined below) plus (B) 250 basis points (2.50%).

  • The rate of interest will be adjusted automatically as of each Business Day based on changes in the Daily BSBY Rate without notice to the Borrowers.

  • Daily LIBOR Rate means, for any day, the rate per annum determined by the Administrative Agent by dividing (x) the Published Rate by (y) a number equal to 1.00 minus the LIBOR Reserve Percentage on such day.

  • Utilization Fee Rate means the percentage set forth in Schedule 1 hereto beside the then applicable Level.

  • Applicable Utilization Fee Rate means, as of any date, the percentage rate per annum at which Utilization Fees accrue on all Revolving Credit Advances at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Compounded Daily Reference Rate means, with respect to an Interest Period, the rate of return of a daily compound interest investment in the Specified Currency (with the applicable Reference Rate (as indicated in the relevant Final Terms and further provided for below) as the reference rate for the calculation of interest) and will be calculated by the Calculation Agent on the Interest Determination Date, as follows, and the resulting percentage will be rounded, if necessary, to the fifth decimal place, with 0.000005 being rounded upwards:

  • Facility Fee Rate means a rate per annum determined in accordance with the Pricing Schedule.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Day Rate means the rate per day per grade tendered by the Supplier in the Supplier’s proposal that shall never be exceeded within this Contract;

  • Fee Rate means initially 0.25% per annum, which shall be subject to increase by 0.25% per annum for each Week in respect of which any Failure has occurred and is continuing.

  • CDOR Rate is defined in the definition of “Eurocurrency Rate” herein.

  • Applicable Reference Rate means with respect to any Loan made in any currency, the rate indicated on Annex II under the heading “Applicable Reference Rate” for such currency.

  • Daily Rate for any RFR Banking Day is:

  • LIBOR Rate Margin has the meaning set forth in the definition of Applicable Margin.

  • Applicable LIBOR Rate Margin means the following per annum percentages, applicable in the following situations:

  • Program Fee Rate has the meaning set forth in the Fee Letter.

  • Commitment Fee Rate has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Applicable Margin”.

  • Base LIBOR Rate means the rate per annum, determined by Agent in accordance with its customary procedures, and utilizing such electronic or other quotation sources as it considers appropriate (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16%), on the basis of the rates at which Dollar deposits are offered to major banks in the London interbank market on or about 11:00 a.m. (California time) 2 Business Days prior to the commencement of the applicable Interest Period, for a term and in amounts comparable to the Interest Period and amount of the LIBOR Rate Loan requested by Borrower in accordance with this Agreement, which determination shall be conclusive in the absence of manifest error.

  • Unused Fee Rate means a rate equal to 0.50% per annum.

  • LIBOR Margin has the meaning given that term in Section 2.2.(c)(ii)(D).
