Daily Traded Amount definition

Daily Traded Amount means the daily trading volume of the Company’s Common Shares on the Principal Market during regular trading hours as reported by Bloomberg L.P.
Daily Traded Amount means the daily trading volume of the ADSs on the Principal Market during regular trading hours as reported by Bloomberg L.P.
Daily Traded Amount means the daily trading volume of the Class A Common Stock on the Principal Market during regular trading hours as reported by Bloomberg L.P. “DTC” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(b). “DWAC” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(b). “Environmental Laws” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15. “Exchange Act” shall mean the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. “Exchange Cap” shall have the meaning set forth in the definition ofCommitment Amount.” “Excluded Day” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(d)(i). “GAAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.06. “Hazardous Materials” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15. “Indemnified Liabilities” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.01. “Investor” shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement. “Investor Indemnitees” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.01. “Market Price” shall mean an Option 1 Market Price or Option 2 Market Price, as applicable. “Material Adverse Effect” shall mean, with respect to any event, occurrence or condition, (i) a material adverse effect on the legality, validity or enforceability of this Agreement or the transactions contemplated herein, (ii) a material adverse effect on the results of operations, assets, business or condition (financial or otherwise) of the Company and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, or (iii) a material adverse effect on the Company’s ability to perform in any material respect on a timely basis its obligations under this Agreement. “Material Outside Event” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.08.

  • Exchange Traded Fund means a mutual fund scheme that invests in securities in the same proportion as an index of securities and the units of exchange traded fund are mandatorily listed and traded on exchange platform.

  • exchange-traded security means a security that is listed on a recognized exchange or is quoted on a recognized quotation and trade reporting system or is listed on an exchange or quoted on a quotation and trade reporting system that is recognized for the purposes of National Instrument 21-101 Marketplace Operation and National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules;

  • Publicly traded corporation means any Person other than an individual that is organized under the laws of and for which its principal place of business is located in one of the states or territories of the United States or District of Columbia or another country that authorizes the sale of marijuana that:

  • Base taxable value means the agreed value specified in a resolution or interlocal agreement under Subsection 17C-1-102(8) from which tax increment will be collected.

  • Taxable Rate means, with respect to a Taxable Period, the product of (i) the average interest rate on the Bonds during such period and (ii) 1.54.

  • Disregarded Entity means a single member limited liability company, a qualifying subchapter S subsidiary, or another entity if the company, subsidiary, or entity is a disregarded entity for federal income tax purposes.

  • Taxable value shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 1.04(10) of the TEXAS TAX CODE.

  • Consolidated federal taxable income means the consolidated taxable income of an affiliated group of corporations, as computed for the purposes of filing a consolidated federal income tax return, before consideration of net operating losses or special deductions. "Consolidated federal taxable income" does not include income or loss of an incumbent local exchange carrier that is excluded from the affiliated group under division (A)(1) of this section.

  • Downgraded Lender any Lender that has a non-investment grade senior unsecured debt rating from Xxxxx’x, S&P or another nationally recognized rating agency.
