Daily Traded Value definition

Daily Traded Value means, in respect of a Share and of an Exchange Trading Day, the product of (i) the Closing Exchange Price of such Share and (ii) the volume traded (measured as a number of Shares) of such Share on the Exchange during such Exchange Trading Day.
Daily Traded Value means, in respect of a Share and of an Exchange Trading Day, the product of (i) the Closing Exchange Price of such Share and (ii) the volume traded (measured as a number of Shares) of such Share on the Exchange during such Exchange Trading Day. For Canadian stocks the Daily Traded Value shall be calculated on a composite basis (i,e, aggregated over all regulated Canadian stock exchanges).
Daily Traded Value means the product obtained by multiplying the daily trading volume of the Company’s Common Shares on the Principal Market during regular trading hours as reported by Bloomberg L.P., by the VWAP for such Trading Day.
