Exchange Trading Day definition

Exchange Trading Day means any day shown by the Trading Calendar provided for each year by Borsa Italiana or other market authority shows that regulated markets are open for trading.
Exchange Trading Day means a day on which the Exchange is open.

Related to Exchange Trading Day

  • Trading Day means a day on which the principal Trading Market is open for trading.

  • VWAP Trading Day means a day on which (A) there is no VWAP Market Disruption Event; and (B) trading in the Common Stock generally occurs on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange on which the Common Stock is then listed or, if the Common Stock is not then listed on a U.S. national or regional securities exchange, on the principal other market on which the Common Stock is then traded. If the Common Stock is not so listed or traded, then “VWAP Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • Exchange Business Day means any Scheduled Trading Day on which the Exchange and each Related Exchange are open for trading during their respective regular trading sessions, notwithstanding any such Exchange or Related Exchange closing prior to its Scheduled Closing Time.
