The proceeds of such insurances in respect of any loss other than a Total Loss shall be paid (i) to Lessee if such loss proceeds are less than the Damage Notification Threshold or in excess of the Agreed Value, or (ii) to such parties as may be necessary to repair the Aircraft if such loss proceeds are equal to or greater than the Damage Notification Threshold provided that if an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, all such proceeds shall be paid to Lessor or its assignee.
