Aircraft Lease Agreement definition

Aircraft Lease Agreement means an Aircraft Lease Agreement by and between Amazon or one of its Affiliates and the Corporation or one of its Affiliates in the form attached to the Air Transportation Agreements.

Aircraft Lease Agreement means, for any Aircraft, the Aircraft Specific Lease Agreement or Aircraft Lease Agreement, as the case may be, as specified in relation to such Aircraft in Schedule 2;

Aircraft Lease Agreement means each of (i) the Existing Aircraft Leases associated with an Existing Leased Aircraft, (ii) the Additional Aircraft Leases associated with an Additional Leased Aircraft, and (iii) the lease agreements, if any, described in Sections 3.2(d) and 3.3(d) that are entered into during the Term in replacement for an Existing Leased Aircraft or Additional Leased Aircraft.

Aircraft Lease Agreement means the specific aircraft lease agreement for the Aircraft entered or to be entered into between the parties hereto or Affiliates thereof. AIRFRAME means the Aircraft, excluding the Engines and Aircraft Documents and Records. AIRFRAME STRUCTURAL CHECK has the meaning given in the Aircraft Lease Agreement.
