Relevant Third Party definition

Relevant Third Party has the meaning given to it in Clause 16.1;
Relevant Third Party means a person specified, or falling within a description of persons specified, by regulations made by the Lord Chancellor (and such regulations may, in particular, specify the Secretary of State).
Relevant Third Party means in relation to a Party to the Code, a person (other than another Party to the Code or the CDSP): (i) undertaking an activity as agent or contractor of a Party for the purposes of Settlement ("relevant activity"); and (ii) in respect of which the Performance Assurance Committee has determined the standard of performance of the relevant activity is likely to have a material impact, either positively or negatively, on the achievement of the Performance Assurance Objective;

  • The Customer acknowledges and agrees that it is the Company’s Customer and not a Customer of any Relevant Third Party or other third party provider or any other person or entity that has contracted with the Company.

  • In case Lineas has to intervene or take measures because of a contingency or because of a fault, negligence or omission of the Customer or a Relevant Third Party, Lineas reserves the right to charge the Customer additional costs and an administration fee which shall be determined by Lineas according to normal and reasonable market practices.

More Definitions of Relevant Third Party

Relevant Third Party means the Customer's employees, servants and agents, Consignees, Consignors, (sub)contractors, the owner of the Goods (and any person with an interest in the Goods of any kind) and any person to whom the Customer transfers, delegates or otherwise permits the benefit of the Agreement.

Relevant Third Party means the Issuer Account Bank, any FleetCo Account Bank, the Dutch FleetCo Spanish Account Bank Operator, the Dutch FleetCo German Account Bank Operator, the Dutch FleetCo Dutch Account Bank Operator, the French FleetCo Account Bank Operator, the Issuer Cash Manager, the FleetCo Back-up Cash Managers, the Issuer Corporate Services Provider, the FleetCo Holdings Corporate Services Provider, any Dutch FleetCo Corporate Services Providers, the Registrar, the Transaction Agent and (for the purposes of clause 27.1.3 (Non-petition Against the Conduit Senior Noteholders) of the Framework Agreement only) any Conduit Senior Noteholder.
Relevant Third Party means the person in the supply chain who has engaged with the consumer regarding the installation of the ECO measure. This could include, but is not limited to: the installer, operative, assessor or managing agent.
