DAMAGED PRODUCT means any Product which has been damaged or is otherwise unfit for distribution to the Company System.

DAMAGED PRODUCT. Any product "disassembled" by the customer will VOID all warranties. Product Returns (RMA) RMA Details: Be specific when listing the reason for return and include in written form with the product. This will assist us in making a correct determination as to problem resolution. Pack Returns Carefully: Customers must pack defective items being returned as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. MCA Communications is not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier. Replacement Shipping: Replacement RMA items will be shipped back to customers via FedEx or UPS Ground at the customer’s expense unless stated otherwise. Other Terms and Conditions
