Dangerous building definition
Dangerous building means any building or structure, residential or otherwise, that has one or more of the following defects or is in one or more of the following conditions:

Dangerous building means a building rendered unfit for human or other habitation or which constitutes a danger to public safety by reason of the building, or anything attached to the building, being in such a state as to cause risk or injury either to the occupier or owner of such building or to any neighbouring building or to the public;
Dangerous building means a building or structure which is declared as structurally unsafe and/or which is hazardous. OR any building or structure which has any or all of the conditions or defects hereinafter described, provided that such conditions or defects exist to the extent that life, health, property, or safety of the public or its occupants are endangered or persons in the vicinity thereof.
Dangerous building means a dangerous building as that term is defined in Section 8.96.110 of this code.
