Dangerous building or structure definition

Dangerous building or structure means any building, structure or mobile home (on a foundation or otherwise) which contains unsafe equipment or is so damaged, decayed, dilapidated, structurally unsafe or of such faulty construction or unstable foundation that partial or complete collapse is possible.
Dangerous building or structure means a building or structure or part thereof declared structurally unsafe or hazardous by any duly constituted authority, whether it is occupied, unoccupied, or vacant.
