Data Administration Agreement definition

Data Administration Agreement means the Data Administration Agreement dated as of October 7, 2003 among the Servicer, the Depositor, the Data Administrator and the Indenture Trustee.

Examples of Data Administration Agreement in a sentence

  • Any successor Indenture Trustee shall also deliver to the Servicer a written assumption of the duties of the Indenture Trustee under the Data Administration Agreement.
