Data Carriers definition

Data Carriers means any means, including email, which allows the Bank to store information directed to it by the Customer in a way to make future consultation and use possible during a period that matches the purpose for which the information is destined, and unaltered reproduction of the stored information possible.

  • On termination of this Subscription Membership & Licence Agreement, your rights under this Licence Agreement terminate and You must: immediately cease applying the GS1 Identification Keys, Electronic Product Codes (if applicable) and Authorised Data Carriers to any of Your Items from the termination date; and within 7 days, pay to GS1 South Africa all amounts due to GS1 South Africa under this Subscription Membership & Licence Agreement at the termination date.

  • You must comply with the standards set out in the GS1 South Africa’s manuals/guidelines and such other directions in relation to use of the GS1 Identification Keys, Electronic Product Codes and Authorised GS1 Data Carriers as GS1 South Africa's may give from time to time.

  • Wireless Data Carriers, and TYPE 1 SYSTEMS's suppliers, its Authorized Reselling Agent and Dealers are intended to be third party beneficiaries under this Agreement.

  • Application of a Write Protection on Data Carriers: Tapes that are not used in the production environment are located in a secured tape library.

Related to Data Carriers

  • Contract carrier means any person who, under special and individual contracts or agreements, and

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.
