  • Commencement of Commercial Production means the first occurrence of Commercial Production in an Area.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, or anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the “Marketing Period” shall not commence and shall be deemed not to have commenced prior to the commencement of the Offer.
