First Production Date definition

First Production Date means the date of the start of operation as notified by the Operator to the Minister of Mines and the Minister of Finance.

Related to First Production Date

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);
