Date Of Loading definition

Date Of Loading means the date of loading given by the Operator in the Lifting Programme as a single date, to be understood as the date with a 24 hours range on each side of the date (3 day period). When the procedure refers to Date Of Loading as one single date this shall mean the date given by the Operator in the Lifting Programme.
