Lifting Programme definition

Lifting Programme means the lifting schedule determined by the Operator in accordance with article 3.3.

  • The Operator will keep the Shipper informed about any subsequent changes to the Lifting Programme.

  • The remedies available to the Operator includes the right to adjust the Lifting Programme, to sell or otherwise dispose of the excess Condensate.

  • To the extent two (or more) shippers’ nominated liftings for any reason are expected to conflict, a shipper which lifts in accordance with its Lifting Programme shall be given priority before a shipper which deviates from its Lifting Programme.

  • However, for Cargoes above 70 000 Metric Ton the quantity must not vary by more than plus or minus 5 per cent from the quantity confirmed in the Lifting Programme.

  • When assessing a request for deviation from the Lifting Programme, the Operator will among other consider operational issues such as for example jetty and storage availability and the Shipper's status with respect to Overlift or Underlift.

  • The Operator will use its reasonable endeavours to accept a vessel that is not in a fully refrigerated condition provided that such acceptance will not be detrimental to the Lifting Programme.

  • The Lifting Programme shall be based on that the Shipper lift at least 90 per cent of its NGL Availability each Month.

  • Any lifting decided by the Operator in accordance with article 3.2.3 shall be included in the Lifting Programme.

  • The Cargo quantity must not vary by more than plus or minus 5 per cent from the quantity confirmed in the Lifting Programme.

  • This quantity must not vary by more than plus or minus 10 per cent from the quantity confirmed in the Lifting Programme.

Related to Lifting Programme

  • Programme means any television broadcast and includes-

  • the Programme means the Government programme for delivery of smart metering in Great Britain. The Programme is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of policy, including establishing the commercial and regulatory framework to facilitate the roll-out;

  • Maintenance Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.2;

  • Video programmer means a person or entity that provides video programming to end-user

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.

  • Programme Limit means the maximum aggregate nominal amount of Notes that may be issued and outstanding at any time under the Programme, as such limit may be increased pursuant to the Dealer Agreement;

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • System Impact Study means an assessment by the Transmission Provider of (i) the adequacy of the Transmission System to accommodate a Completed Application, an Interconnection Request or an Upgrade Request, (ii) whether any additional costs may be incurred in order to provide such transmission service or to accommodate an Interconnection Request, and (iii) with respect to an Interconnection Request, an estimated date that an Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility can be interconnected with the Transmission System and an estimate of the Interconnection Customer’s cost responsibility for the interconnection; and (iv) with respect to an Upgrade Request, the estimated cost of the requested system upgrades or expansion, or of the cost of the system upgrades or expansion, necessary to provide the requested incremental rights. System Protection Facilities: “System Protection Facilities” shall refer to the equipment required to protect (i) the Transmission System, other delivery systems and/or other generating systems connected to the Transmission System from faults or other electrical disturbance occurring at or on the Customer Facility, and (ii) the Customer Facility from faults or other electrical system disturbance occurring on the Transmission System or on other delivery systems and/or other generating systems to which the Transmission System is directly or indirectly connected. System Protection Facilities shall include such protective and regulating devices as are identified in the Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards or that are required by Applicable Laws and Regulations or other Applicable Standards, or as are otherwise necessary to protect personnel and equipment and to minimize deleterious effects to the Transmission System arising from the Customer Facility. Transmission Facilities:

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Collaborative pharmacy practice agreement means a written and signed

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Maintenance Program means a maintenance program for the Aircraft approved by the Aviation Authority, in conformity with the Maintenance Planning Document.

  • Programme Party means a party to a Programme Document (other than the Issuer and ETP Securityholders).

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Prescription monitoring program means the electronic system within the Department of Health Professions that monitors the dispensing of certain controlled substances.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO Tariff or, if applicable, any distribution provider’s tariff that reflect the methodology and costs to interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric grid.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • Pilot program means a program using a representative sample of residential and small commercial customers to assist in developing and offering customer choice of electricity supply for all residential and commercial customers.
