Lifting Programme definition

Lifting Programme means the lifting schedule determined by the Operator in accordance with article 3.3.

Examples of Lifting Programme in a sentence

  • When the procedure refers to Date Of Loading as meaning one single date this shall mean the date given by the Operator in the Lifting Programme.

Related to Lifting Programme

  • Programme shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 10.1 (iii);

  • Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.
