DBCT Management means (DBCT) Management Pty Ltd (ACN 097 698 916), and any successor of it as the long-term sub-lessee of the Terminal responsible for the provision of Terminal Services.

Examples of DBCT Management in a sentence

  • Under the terms of the leases and the Port Services Agreement, DBCT Management is solely responsible for providing Access to Access Holders and Access Seekers during the Lease Term.
