DBRS Risk Score definition

DBRS Risk Score means the numerical value corresponding to the DBRS Long Term Rating for a Collateral Obligation in the table contained in Schedule 4.
DBRS Risk Score has the meaning set forth on Schedule C.
DBRS Risk Score means, with respect to each Loan, the “DBRS Risk Score” assigned to such Loan by DBRS which corresponds to a DBRS Rating as set forth on Schedule X attached hereto.

  • The "Maximum DBRS Risk Score Test" will be satisfied for so long as the Class A-1 Notes are Outstanding on any date of determination if the Weighted Average DBRS Risk Score of the Collateral Obligations in the Reinvesting Portfolio as of such date is less than or equal to the Row Weighted Average Risk Score based upon the Applicable Row Level from the DBRS Collateral Quality Matrix.

  • Collateral Obligations with DBRS Risk Score above 22.0296/ Credit Estimate and trailing 12 month EBITDA of less than 12.5 million j.

  • The "DBRS Collateral Quality Matrix" is the following chart used to determine the "Applicable Row Level" for purposes of determining compliance with the Maximum DBRS Risk Score Test, the Minimum DBRS Diversity Score Test, the Minimum Weighted Average DBRS Recovery Rate Test and the Minimum Weighted Average DBRS Spread Test.

  • If the Borrower is not in the process of obtaining a Credit Estimate or DBRS declines to, or is unable to, provide a Credit Estimate in respect of any Collateral Obligation and such Collateral Obligation does not have a DBRS Long Term Rating, such Collateral Obligation will be deemed to have a DBRS Risk Score of 77.4104.

  • Diversity Score means, as of any day, a single number that indicates collateral concentration in terms of both issuer and industry concentration, calculated as set forth in Schedule 7 hereto, as such Diversity Scores shall be updated at the option of the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion if Xxxxx’x publishes revised criteria.

  • Insurance score means a number or rating that is derived from an algorithm, computer application, model, or other process that is based in whole or in part on credit information for the purposes of predicting the future insurance loss exposure of a consumer.

  • Minimum Weighted Average Spread Test means a test that will be satisfied on any date of determination if the Weighted Average Spread of all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Collateral on such date is equal to or greater than 5.00%.
