• Are automatically enrolled in DC Crew : 1) Individuals who have an existing user account with Boardriders and purchased DC Shoes merchandise within the past 24 months, 2) individuals who joined the Boardriders Club loyalty program through theDC Shoes Site before the launch of the DC Crew Program and 3) individuals who joined the Boardriders Club loyalty program through the Boardriders Club website (or related mobile application) directly and did not purchase merchandise from our owned brands.

• This'would allow the ARB staff to spend less time determining if past problems have been corrected.
