De Minimis Aid Exemption definition

De Minimis Aid Exemption means the De Minimis block exemption (EC Regulation 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty of the Functioning of the European Union.
De Minimis Aid Exemption means the De Minimis block exemption (EC Regulation 1998/2006).

  • Unless otherwise notified by the Fund when utilising Fund funding to fund Relevant Aid to a Relevant Enterprise under the Project (whether directly by BVSC itself or by funding the Relevant Enterprise in question to do so) BVSC shall ensure that such aid is provided as “de minimis aid” in accordance with the De Minimis Aid Exemption.
