Tax Exemption Certificate definition

Tax Exemption Certificate means the Tax Exemption Certificate approved under the terms of this Resolution and to be executed by the Treasurer and delivered at the time of issuance and delivery of the Notes.

More Definitions of Tax Exemption Certificate

Tax Exemption Certificate means a revitalization tax exemption certificate issued by the City pursuant to this Bylaw and pursuant to the provisions of section 226 of the Community Charter;
