De Minimis Disclosure Form definition

De Minimis Disclosure Form means the form attached at Schedule 4 or such other disclosure form as the Authority may on the giving of notice to the Recipient require it to use.
De Minimis Disclosure Form means the form attached at Appendix 1 or such other disclosure form as BVSC may on the giving of notice to Achievement for All 3As require it to use;

  • Company Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule dated as of the date of this Agreement and delivered by the Company to Parent and Merger Sub simultaneously with the signing of this Agreement.

  • Disclosure Letter means that certain Disclosure Letter, dated as of the Closing Date, executed and delivered by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders.

  • Disclosure Record means the Company’s prospectuses, annual reports, annual and interim financial statements, annual information forms, business acquisition reports, management discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations, information circulars, material change reports, press releases and all other information or documents required to be filed or furnished by the Company under Applicable Securities Laws which have been publicly filed or otherwise publicly disseminated by the Company;
