DE PM definition

DE PM s Direction’ means an instruction (in the standard form) issued by the DE PM in the exercise of his express powers under the Contract which would not necessarily result in or implement a Change Order;
DE PM means the person or persons so designated in the Agreement or such other person or persons as may be appointed in the capacity of DE Project Manager for the time being by the Authority and notified as such to the Contractor;

Examples of DE PM in a sentence

  • If the Contractor discovers any discrepancy within or between Design Documents he shall immediately notify the Authority via the Commercial Officer (copied to the DE PM) of the discrepancy and shall resolve the discrepancy to the satisfaction of the Authority.

  • Notwithstanding the termination of the Contract under condition 8.2.1 the DE PM may issue DE PM’s Directions or recommend the Commercial Officer to issue a Change Orders as appropriate in relation to the performance or completion of any work and any other matters connected with the Works, the Site and any other contract or subcontract.

  • No such Change Order shall be deemed to relieve the Contractor of any of his obligations under the Contract to any greater extent than is expressly referred to in the relevant DE PM Direction.

  • The DE PM may issue DE PM’s Directions as he considers appropriate or necessary from time to time.

  • If the Contractor considers that any DE PM’s Direction, issued by the DE PM, represents a Change and should have been issued as a Change Order, the Contractor shall immediately refer the matter to the Commercial Officer (copied to the DE PM), giving the reasons why he considers that there is a Change and shall provide the Commercial Officer with an appropriate Change Proposal or Change Notification together with (in either case) a Change Quotation.

  • The Contractor shall keep one copy of the Contractor’s Brief, any Contractor’s Design Proposals and any Design Documents on the Site and the DE PM or his representatives shall at all reasonable times have access to these documents.

  • Any notices, quotations, orders, consents, waivers, DE PM Directions, or certificates to be given under the Contract shall be in writing.

  • In the case of any discrepancy between any Requirements and or any statutory requirement, or any requirement of Building Regulation, Health and Safety, Crown Fire Standards or Town & Country Planning Application(s) and Consent(s) current at the date of the Contract, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Authority of the discrepancy by the issue of a Change Notification to the Commercial Officer (copied to the DE PM) and shall indicate what measures (if any) he recommends to resolve the discrepancy.

  • Records shall be kept that are readily available on site and reported to the DE PM at Progress Meetings.

  • Certification of completion of the Works or any Section or Completed Part The DE PM shall certify the completion of the Works or any Section or Completed Part in accordance with paragraph S2-15.4 (Certification of completion of the Works or any Section or Completed Part) of Schedule 2.

Related to DE PM

  • Capacity Interconnection Rights means the rights to input generation as a Generation Capacity Resource into the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection where the generating facilities connect to the Transmission System.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Telecommunications Assets means all assets, rights (contractual or otherwise) and properties, whether tangible or intangible, used or intended for use in connection with a Telecommunications Business.

  • Inactive business operations means the mere continued holding or renewal of rights to property previously operated for the purpose of generating revenues but not presently deployed for such purpose.

  • Station means a telephone instrument consisting of a connected transmitter, receiver, and associated apparatus to permit sending or receiving telephone messages.

  • EGS means Ellenoff Xxxxxxxx & Schole LLP, with offices located at 0000 Xxxxxx xx xxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000-0000.

  • Transmission Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect or add Merchant Transmission Facilities to the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region or an entity that submits an Upgrade Request for Merchant Network Upgrades (including accelerating the construction of any transmission enhancement or expansion, other than Merchant Transmission Facilities, that is included in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan prepared pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 6).

  • Wheeling means the operation whereby the distribution system and associated facilities of a transmission licensee or distribution licensee, as the case may be, are used by another person for the conveyance of electricity on payment of charges to be determined under section 62;

  • Generation Interconnection Agreement means the generation interconnection agreement to be entered into separately between Seller and PGE, providing for the construction, operation, and maintenance of interconnection facilities required to accommodate deliveries of Seller's Net Output.

  • Operating Company has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Power Pool means the scheme operated by the Independent System Operator under the Act for exchange of Energy and financial settlement for the exchange of Energy;

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

  • Interconnected Entity means either the Interconnection Customer or the Interconnected Transmission Owner; Interconnected Entities shall mean both of them. Interconnected Transmission Owner:

  • DG means Distributed Generation.

  • Interconnection Party means a Transmission Provider, Interconnection Customer, or the Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnection Parties shall mean all of them.

  • Customer Affiliate means an entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by or is or under common control or ownership with Customer, where control is defined as the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise;

  • CST means Central Sales Tax

  • R-point means a reference point defined for each seat by the manufacturer in relation to the vehicle's structure, as indicated in Annex 6 to Regulation No.94

  • Railroad means that term as defined under section 109 of the railroad code of 1993, 1993 PA 354, MCL 462.109.

  • PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. or "PJM" means the privately-

  • Active business operations means all business operations that are not inactive business operations.

  • Natural gas company ’ means a person engaged in the transportation of natural gas in interstate commerce, or the sale in inter- state commerce of such gas for resale.

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • Processing Center means a legal entity or its department that supports the informational and technological interaction between payment participants.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.
