Resident bidder definition
Resident bidder means a bidder that has paid unemployment taxes or income taxes in this state during the 12 calendar months immediately preceding submission of the bid, has a business address in this state and has stated in the bid whether the bidder is a “resident bidder” under this paragraph.
Resident bidder means a bidder whose principal place of business is in this state, including a contractor whose ultimate parent company or majority owner has its principal place of business in this state.

Resident bidder means a Bidder that has paid unemployment taxes or income taxes in the State of Oregon during the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding submission of a bid, has a business address in the State of Oregon, and has stated in the bid that the Bidder is a "resident Bidder" as defined in ORS 279A.120(1).
