Deactivated internal combustion engine means an internal combustion engine for which two of the following criteria apply: - the recorded engine speed is < 50 rpm; - the exhaust mass flow rate is measured at < 3 kg/h; - the measured exhaust mass flow rate drops to < 15 % of the typical steady-state exhaust mass flow rate at idling.
