Examples of Deadlock Negotiation Period in a sentence

  • If the Voting Members fail to reach agreement on a Transfer price or terms during the Deadlock Negotiation Period, the Members will attempt to agree on an independent Third Party appraiser of national reputation who then will determine the fair market value of the selling Member’s Membership Interest within sixty (60) days after appointment by the parties.

  • During the Deadlock Negotiation Period, such executives of the Managing Members shall meet at least weekly, or more or less frequently as may be agreed to by the Managing Members, at a mutually agreeable time and location.

  • Nomination Period means, in respect of a Nomination, the period from the Nomination Start Time to the Nomination End Time;

  • Mediation Notice is defined in Section 6.2(b).

  • Decision Period means the period of time established by the Act within which the Board is required to make a Board decision in certain adjudicatory proceedings. (See Subpart C of this Part.)
