Dealing Code definition

Dealing Code means any code or regulations adopted by any relevant listing authority or stock exchange which restricts dealings in securities issued by the Company and/or such other rules and regulations adopted by the Company which govern dealing in Shares, interests in Shares, options or rights over Shares or interests in Shares;
Dealing Code means the Company’s dealing code, which regulates Dealings in Company Securities by Restricted Persons.
Dealing Code means this present code.
