Subcontracts With MBE/WBEs. Prior to submission of the 90% Design Deliverable (or if no 90% Design Deliverable is required for a particular ECM, the final or 100% Design Deliverable), CONTRACTOR shall (i) execute a subcontract with each MBE/WBE Subcontractor which has executed a Letter of Intent Approved by DCAMM, (ii) cause its Subcontractors to execute a sub-subcontract with each MBE/WBE sub-subcontractor, and (iii) furnish DCAMM with a signed copy of each such subcontract and sub-subcontract through DCAMM’s online compliance reporting system.

  • Contracts with Subcontractors a. Grantee may enter into contracts with subcontractors unless restricted or otherwise prohibited in the Contract. b. Grantees are prohibited from subcontracting with for-profit organizations under this Contract. c.   • Agreements with Subcontractors Business Associate shall enter into a Business Associate Agreement with any Subcontractor to whom it provides PHI received from Covered Entity or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of Covered Entity in which the Subcontractor agrees to the same restrictions and conditions that apply through this Agreement to Business Associate with respect to such PHI. Business Associate must enter into this Business Associate Agreement before any use by or disclosure of PHI to such agent. The written agreement must identify Covered Entity as a direct and intended third party beneficiary with the right to enforce any breach of the agreement concerning the use or disclosure of PHI. The Contractor, at its expense, shall defend the Customer and the Department against any subcontractor or Staff claims regarding compensation or payment. 4.6 The Department supports diversity in its procurements and contracts, and requests that Contractors who engage in subcontracting offer subcontracting opportunities to certified woman-, veteran-, and minority-owned small businesses.   • Third Party Contracts From the Effective Date through and including the Closing Date, Seller agrees to enter into only those third-party contracts which are necessary to carry out its obligations under Section 5.2, which shall be on market terms and cancellable on thirty (30) days written notice or less, without payment of any fee or penalty.
