Affiliated Organization means any organization which is not a political committee, but which directly or indirectly establishes, administers or financially supports a political committee.
Representative of a prospective contractor means an officer or director of a corporation, a member or manager of a limited liability corporation, a partner of a partnership or a trustee of a trust of the prospective contractor.
Lead organization means a trade organization, labor organization or other incorporated entity representing a group of businesses that is the applicant for a business network project.
Related organization means an organization that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with another organization with control existing if an organization:

Victim or target of Nazi persecution means any individual persecuted or targeted for persecution by
Community-based organization means a public or private nonprofit organization that is representative of a community or a significant segment of a community, and is engaged in meeting human, educational, environmental, or public safety community needs.
Disqualified Organization A “disqualified organization” as defined in Section 860E(e)(5) of the Code.
Excluded Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 14.1.
Off-highway implement of husbandry means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.
Excluded Person means each Defendant, the directors and officers of each Defendant, the subsidiaries or affiliates of each Defendant, the entities in which each Defendant or any of that Defendant’s subsidiaries or affiliates have a controlling interest and the legal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns of each of the foregoing.
Excluded Party means any REIT, any parent company of or Person who Controls any REIT in each instance engaged primarily in owning and operating Real Property, and any other Person whom the Borrower has reasonably identified in writing to the Administrative Agent as a competitor or potential competitor of the Borrower.
Qualified organization means any organization to which a valid permit has been issued by the
Inactive status means the status of a practitioner licensed or registered pursuant to Iowa Code chapter 153 who is not currently engaged in the practice of dentistry, dental hygiene, or dental assisting in the state of Iowa and who has paid the required renewal fee but who has not met the requirements for continuing education.
Immaterial Domestic Subsidiary means any Domestic Subsidiary that is not a Material Domestic Subsidiary.
Registered Organization is any “registered organization” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made.
Permitted Activities The primary activities of the trust created pursuant to this Agreement which shall be:
Material Domestic Subsidiary means any Domestic Subsidiary that is a Material Subsidiary.
In-school suspension means an exclusion from regular classroom activity for no more than ten (10) consecutive school days, but not exclusion from school, provided such exclusion shall not extend beyond the end of the school year in which such in-school suspension was imposed. No student shall be placed on in-school suspension more than fifteen (15) times or a total of fifty (50) days in one (1) school year, whichever results in fewer days of exclusion.
General purpose radiographic x-ray system means any radiographic x-ray system which, by design, is not limited to radiographic examination of specific anatomical regions.
Excluded Entity means a corporation or other entity of which the holders of voting capital stock of the Company outstanding immediately prior to such transaction are the direct or indirect holders of voting securities representing at least a majority of the votes entitled to be cast by all of such corporation’s or other entity’s voting securities outstanding immediately after such transaction.
Excluded Domestic Subsidiary means any Domestic Subsidiary that is (a) a direct or indirect Subsidiary of an Excluded Foreign Subsidiary or (b) an Excluded Domestic Holdco.
Dormant Subsidiary means a Subsidiary that owns assets in an amount equal to no more than $5,000,000 or is dormant or otherwise inactive.
Major life activities means functions such as caring for one's self, performing manual tasks, walking, seeing, hearing, speaking, breathing, learning and working.
Excluded Entities has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(b)(iv).
Inactive Subsidiary means any Subsidiary of the Borrower that (a) does not conduct any business operations, (b) has assets with a total book value not in excess of $10,000 and (c) does not have any Indebtedness outstanding.
