Declaration Period definition

Declaration Period means the first declaration period or a subsequent declaration period;
Declaration Period means the period specified in the Special Terms for which your sales need to be declared to calculate your premium.
Declaration Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(ii) of the Purchase Option Agreement.
