Fund Period definition

Fund Period means the period shown on the Schedule, which mirrors the period of insurance under the Insurance Cover.
Fund Period means the period under the Scheme Cover during which Claims will be considered by the Trustee which follows the period of insurance under the Insurance Cover. In the case of this Scheme the Fund Period is the period 31st May 2020 to 31st May, 2021.
Fund Period means the period from the date of constitution of the Development Fund to the date of its revocation or transfer to the Consolidated Fund of the State under the provision of section 3A ;

More Definitions of Fund Period

Fund Period means the period from the date of the opening of a Fund until that Fund shall be terminated in the manner hereinafter provided.
Fund Period means the period under the Scheme Cover during which Claims will be considered by the Trustee which follows the period of insurance under the Insurance Cover. In the case of this Scheme the Fund Period is the period 30th June 2020 to 30th June 2021. Individual Members cover is always subject to the Period of Cover (as defined below).

Related to Fund Period

  • Fund Property means the property and assets of the Fund.

  • First Reset Period means the period from (and including) the First Reset Date until (but excluding) the Second Reset Date or, if no such Second Reset Date is specified in the applicable Final Terms, the Maturity Date;

  • Bond Payment Date means any date on which principal of or interest on any Bond is payable.

  • Regular Period means each period from (and including) the Issue Date or any Interest Payment Date to (but excluding) the next Interest Payment Date.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on March 20, 2020 and ending on and including June 19, 2020, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.

  • Auction Period means the dates during which the Test the Waters Auction is held and ending on the last day of the Test the Waters Auction.

  • Repayment Period means the period beginning on the Loan Commencement Date and continuing for 36 calendar months.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.
